DIA DE PORTUGAL
Há bandeiras por todo o lado. Eu acho lindo.. Havia de haver Euro todos os meses! Contei 13, antes do almoço.
Já contribuí com uma. E estou tentado a comprar outra, para meter no outro lado da casa. Aquelas bandeiras do Hiper Portugal são bem grandes e baratas. Tenho uma aqui na secretária do tamanho aproximado de uma caixa de CD que foi mais cara!
No dia em que comemoramos Portugal, faço 3 apelos:

- Vão votar no Domingo.
- Orgulhem-se!..

Hello. My wife and I bought our house about 6 months ago. It was a foreclosure and we were able to get a great deal on it. We also took advantage of the 8K tax credit so that definitely helped. We did an extensive remodeling job and now I want to refinance to cut the term to a 20 or 15 year loan. Does anyone know any good sites for mortgage information? Thanks!
